Meet Our Staff

  • Lori Shepherd, Executive Director

    Lori Shepherd developed a deep connection with the work of Holocaust remembrance and pedagogy as Executive Director of the El Paso Holocaust Museum & Study Center, a position she left when her family relocated to Arizona. Appointed Executive Director of TJMHC in 2022, she brings more than two decades of nonprofit leadership experience to this role and is excited to share her passion for Jewish history and Holocaust education with our Southern Arizona community.

  • Ori Tsameret, Programming & Education Director

    A recent Magna Cum Laude graduate of Tulane University in New Orleans, Ori comes to TJMHC with an impressive background in educational, cultural, and museum work. His focus areas in both his academic and extracurricular life included social justice, marginalized communities, and Jewish and general education. On a deeply personal note, Ori is the grandson of a Holocaust survivor and is keenly aware of the complexities of Holocaust remembrance.

  • Lynn Davis, JCRC Director

    Director of the Jewish Community Relations Council for Tucson and Southern Arizona, Lynn Davis has served Tucson and the Southern Arizona Jewish community in a diverse array of professional and volunteer roles over the past two decades. As a nonprofit executive director and in her role as the Director of Arts and Culture at the Tucson Jewish Community Center, Davis focused on creating nontraditional partnerships and collaborations to produce original, values-based programming and create unique experiential education opportunities.

  • Martin Reichgott, Director of Philanthropy

    Martin Reichgott works with leadership in developing and implementing the museum’s strategic fundraising programs, along with marketing and public relations for more visibility and impact for the campus. He has previously worked in development & donor relations in various capacities around Southern Arizona. On a personal note, he once spent six months working on a Kibbutz. Reichgott recently completed his Master of Nonprofit Leadership and Management degree through Arizona State University.
